Lessons Learned/Outcomes: The Willmar Early Childhood Coalition became members of the Willmar Area Chamber in order to help early childhood advocates get connected to the broader community, specifically the business community. We are able to learn from others who have achieved success in their business. This information can be used to focus our own efforts in educating the community. Reciprocal learning and networking takes place at Chamber events. The coalition will host a Chamber Connection presentation to further inform businesses about early childhood.
