Project Overview: We created a bird’s eye view map of the community with drawings of the buildings where early childhood resources and services are offered (see attached accompanying PDF). We used the map as a springboard for a community wide brainstorming session as to how we could better integrate the current network of programs and services.

Lessons Learned/Outcomes: We have now successfully engaged all sectors of the community in visioning about early childhood infrastructure issues. We are moving ahead with plans to create a new facility or facilities the incorporate the aspect of that vision. (See attached summary of the brainstorming sessions).
