Project Overview: We will hire a person to coordinate the outreach efforts, which will include quarterly newsletters/calendar of events and classes, welcome packets, website, etc.

Lessons Learned/Outcomes: Families will know what is available to provide education and support for their family. Families will have an an easy way to sign up for classes, events, etc. Families will have help accessing services and programs. The service providers will have a central location to access program information.
