Project Overview: Our coalition partnered with the White Earth Police, SOS (Saving our Spirit), White Earth community council, and White Earth Weed and Seed program to bring a consultant to White Earth to talk about the pros and cons of a community tip line. White Earth parents are concerned about crime in the community and anonymity when reporting crime. We served pizza and beverages to encourage participation.

Lessons Learned/Outcomes: We had a good turnout and lots of good questions. We are planning to ask this consultant back for further discussion. We are working towards a resource for the community to feel comfortable reporting crime. Our parent survey highlighted this issue, the tip line is a direct response to that concern.
